We have started our journey towards Dowry free Marriages on 2nd April 2006 . In the last Seventeen years, we have introduced nearly 10,000 members who oppose dowry system. 70 couples have married through our website without dowry.We will continue our war till the dowry system is eradicated.Mrs.Nalini Chidambaram , Senior Advocate, Madras High court has formally inaugurated the website, www.idontwantdowry.com, at her office premises in Chennai. "I hope all the youngsters would follow their example and not demand any dowry from the girls whom they marry. This is good to this new website started with good vision", said Nalini Chidambaram.
